What kills me is they talk LTV but who is putting the value and what is the value definition?

The thing is....the host is doing the very same thing that he was accusing Hatch of doing in the previous data cancer thread.

Hatch wasn't looking up his personal property....that was obvious. A lot could have been solved if he would have just participated in the thread further instead of taking a sniper shot then dipping....

I am sorry they got off on the wrong foot.

This other stuff bothers me. I don't think it is right for the consumer. It is like commingling of fees. It is not right to the consumer.
 
He may be right on the real estate agent side. If that waiver is way off, the lawyer could go after everybody in the chain in the transaction on behalf of the consumer.

The lawyer would start with GSE, go to lender, go to agent. The lawyer would sue all three and hope at least one of them stuck. The lawyer would need a professional appraiser or two or three.

I know several real estate agents that are also real estate appraisers. They know better than to mix those caps together. They don't want to mix appraisal and sales agent professions together.

NAR is probably watching and Idk how NAR will react.

Appraisers don't really have a unionized voice. NAR does.

Crawford stated he thought within 24 months things would start to hit the fan. This high credit card debt is a problem. Crawford may be right there.


I think banks just wrote off like 47 billion in credit card losses.
 
I hate to say it but GSE is skating on thin ice on waivers. But they will get bailed out so I don't feel sorry for them.
