Hey Otis, why did you jump that far that fast? The answer is yes you can. Most of those are SFR's with minor upgrades. You could just use an HC in the report and do it. Did you check the place out and talk to the client before immediately assuming it was something that should be passed along as a fraud case? Are we jumping to quickly now? Some times, doing assignemnts like that are a blast. There may have been a 90% chanve that they wanted to hide it and you were right. But there is a 10% chance that they could have used the appraisal with the HC.
