REO Addendum

Here's the message the client sent:

Client requires REO Addendum form REOAD 2 05302008 or RV. 0496 to be used when completing all REO Products. THE FORM YOU HAVE IS NOT WHAT WAS REQUESTED, AND WILL NOT COME THRU TO ENV FILE.

Alamode says they don't have this form. Does anyone know what they want?

Hi David -

We do indeed have the form you're client is requesting, as well as the older qualitative REO form. However, the specific form you're talking about has not been approved by FNC yet for inclusion in the AI Ready specifications, and thus will not show in the OADI viewer (in the ENV file).

My recommendation is to have your lender request FNC to include this form in the AI Ready specifications. Once they've done that, we'll be able to convert the form and include it in the ENV file.
