After a software upgrade over the weekend and a server upgrade a couple of weeks ago the site should be good to go now.
Smiles and other icons are back. Also I no longer route the server through Cloudflare so you should not be getting that full screen 501 error that claims the server is down. The server has not been down, that was some type of issue with Cloudflare.
As far as I know there are no other issues. If they are please report them here in a new thread in Forum Help or message me. I need full details, screen shots, etc in order to help. Just saying the platform is unstable, or it sucks or the like is of no help to me at all in solving the problem.
If it is a connection issue or a time out issue please run a trace route from your computer to the server and either post it here or send me a message with it. Our server is rarely down so the most likely problem is between your computer and the server. Many times there are 10-15 connections (called hops) between a user's computer and a website. Failure or slowdown on any one of them can cause the site to be slow or not load at all.
There is nothing I can do about that.
To run a trace route from a windows computer do this:
1. Click the start button or hit the windows key.
2. Type "cmd" (without the quotes)
3. Click "open" under Command Prompt System on the right.
4. When the command prompt window opens enter "tracert appraisersforum.com" (without the quotes) and press enter.
5. Wait till it finishes then copy and paste the output in a thread in Forum Help or a message to me.
In reading the trace route results you will see that appraisersforum.com is the last hop. If that hop is timing out or extremely high in connection time then it is the server. If not the problem is with your ISP and all the routes between your computer and the server, thus that is nothing I can fix.
