Something to watch?

Same thing here where it has been legal for years. Its a lucrative industry that is fairly regulated and taxed. If you can avoid the add on expenses caused by the taxes, it is cheaper. And all of the illegal sellers are still making $$. The licensees are not making huge amounts of money because they have to compete with the cheaper illegal stuff. The cartels are still selling pot.
Ever since they made recreational legal in Ohio the street price has dropped off the face of the earth.

I did an REO appraisal on a 3+ acre property where husband was deceased; wife rented out the ag land, mfg house, cottage, stable & 60X40 metal warehouse bldg with OHDs. Tenants turned out to be a Mexican cartel who housed their ppl in stable, cottage and 'incarcerated' some workers chained up within the mobile home. Took the widow time and big money to evict them. Shortly thereafter, she was killed in a freeway car crash & the lender foreclosed. When I got there, I found empty shell casings around the vacant main house.
