Just across the stip wire:

Please provide 5 year sales history for: subject, comparables sales and listings.

This lender requires the percent of current listing (out of all listings) that are in foreclosure. If this is over 20%, please include a sold foreclosure comp in your report.

Is the 1004URAR becoming a complete nartive report? Or am I just being lazy?
