Check out Start Deck. It is google cloud based so you can sign in using any computer, phone, etc. also is a monthly charge so if you are going on vacation you can stop your subscription for a month or use it for up to three free reports per month. It was designed and is supported by Tom Armstrong who was the original designer of what became N1.

It is much cheaper than either Valerie or N1.

Basically anything these report writing software companies provide, can be done pretty easily with AI right now. I would assume they are very worried about their future existence.

Strongly disagree. Try for yourself to generate a narrative report from AI.

Not saying you can generate an entire report; however, most of these report writing software options have a base word template that merges from an excel document. This can be done with Microsoft mail merge, Microsoft Power Automate, or a variety of other programs.

For narrative reports a good research AI like Perplexity can be helpful (market area overview and whatnot). Less so on comp selection but they can be pushed to find some data on comps.
