Hi All:

Been a while since I've posted here, but I lurk to make sure that Mr. Garrett is behaving himself! Just wanted to pass on some information regarding a recent update to Windows 7 (64bit) that could impact your Apex license. If you would like to learn more about this update, follow this link:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2603229

That said, if you've applied the update or subscribe to receive/install Windows updates automatically and Apex Medina v4.x or Apex Sketch v5.x is loading up as "unregistered", you will need to deactivate your license through your online account and reregister your application (should only take a few minutes).

For step-by-step instruction on how to do this, please visit this link:

http://www.apexwin.com/us/phocadownload/ApexSketchv5/licensedeactivation.pdf

If you have any issues and need further assistance, please free to contact us at 800-858-9958 at your earliest convenience.

You may also receive an email regarding this same topic. Please disregard if you've already resolved your problem by then.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Thanks for the update. Going to try it now. I just knew I needed to check these forums before calling or kicking my computer! :D

Edit - worked, pretty easy to do. Thanks!
