I have been saving all my files to an external drive (F:\win2000) now the drive has locked up and I can't retrieve any files. I get an error saying the location is unavailable. I can see them on Explore but can't open from there.
I thought if maybe I could rename the files to C:\win2000 I could open it then.
I had to re-install Athena to do new reports because I could't even get to the appraisal list.
Any help or should I call tech support? I am so frustrated I probably should be doing somethiing simple.
