The part that makes me ill and angry is the silence for so very long of the "Appraisal" Organizations. I'm no longer surprised when I see who's members are running so many of the AMCs and such. This is so very disappointing.

The owners of those AMC's were smart in hiring the so called "Chiefs" and "Leaders" of the appraisal industry. If they had'nt, then the "Chiefs" and "Leaders" would have stopped the BS a long time ago.

Perhaps the "Chiefs" realized where the money is in the future and abandoned their "profession" in order to get their share of the profit.

Apparently the needs of the one, or the few, out weigh the needs of the many.

Remember those of us with the Black Helecopters screaming so long ago about stopping this & so many on here were bragging about the great economy. & how it was so easy to do Appraisals (Cause Real estate never went down) & a tiuime adjustment cured all. many had trainees throughout the country. How are you feeling today??? I have spent 24 & counting hours of reading., writing, talking & watching videos & I have yet to read or see a video or talk to anyone of athourity that does not mention Appraisers & more investigations to come.

MOST Appraisers did nothing to assist in trying to stop this. RE Agents surely were NOT going to assist. Lo's & MB's were omnly here for the money. So STOP blaming others & start looking at yourselves cause there are so many others that are looking at us. Haven't heard anything from the IRS yet have we??

That's right I'm a B.S. Artist & the comnmander of the Black Helecopter Crews The IRS is not going to bother Appraisers . HHHHHHMMMMMMMM Seems like not to long ago I heard that about the FBI.

18 moths for a Grand Jury plus building enough Data to get this to a Grand Jury then to Federal Grand Juries for some!! Then to get cordinnation between State & Federal goverrnment, Prosecuters to see how solid the cases would be find a few that would give honest & prercise information do some small local shut downs to verifty that it was as bad as being forcasted lets see that brings us BACK to around at a minimum 2000 Lets look into the archives & see how many wanted investigations back then. Now lets look at when the Trainee BOOM started.

My suggestion STOP trying to say we are not the problem. cause I think you'll find those that are doing the "Round UP" are not buying that. Notice in the video's the guy in handcuffs is talking BUT doesn't seem any with the badges are listening. BUT the ones back at the holding facilities, they are listening to those that come in without the handcuffs & are offering discounts. Here in AZ it's 44th street in Phoenix. plenty of parking in rear of building.

Criminals are the problem, be it an appraiser, MB, LO, etc. If you're not a criminal, and have not associated with criminals, you have nothing to worry about.

BUT!! IF you are an Appraiser & did Appraisals for MB's, Lo's, RE Agents & you did them cause they were your friends & the buyers were just the most nicest folks in the world. & there would be endless amount of work & there was so much work that you just couldn't refuse it, God forbid you recommend another Appraiser!!! so you went got trainees & newly licensed Appraisers. How do you know for sure they were as honest as you?? After all you could have got so wrapped up in the income you MAY have lost sight of how the income was being generated.
