Cannot Open ACI Report

I have recently installed ACI and I am unable to open reports. The blue circle spins for a while then says not responding. I have windows 10.

How would I know if the drivers are updated or not?

Every once in a while ACI will develop a glitch. First thing to try, is close ACI, reboot your computer and have no other programs running when you open ACI. Tell me how this works.

I just restarted and it is still not working. Any other suggestions?? (fingers crossed) thanks so much for your help!

I did run web update. It runs fine on my other computer too.

If you've already ran the updates, then the drivers should be "right".

I suspect you need to remove the program from that computer (uninstall), shut down the computer, reboot. Then re-install the program. If it doesn't work then there must be a conflict within the OS. You will just have to see if ACI can take over your computer on line, and do their magic from there.
