I like the TC way. Reminds me of running through a field in a sun dress with the smell of fresh spring flowers surround me. Ahhhhh.......

Doosh is the PC (not TC) way of spelling this on a family-style forum.

Hey, aren't you due at another Forum to cause trouble like you do here?

TC hates the new way. When he started appraisers had to take along a sketch artist to do the pictures. No need to blob or shop anyone back then. Ah, the good old days!

Somehow that is just plain scary to think about... since I have seen you

You guys have way too much time on your hands. Appraiser shortage, phooey? TC will correct my "phooey."

That Batman and Robin running away from Julie Andrews is the funnies thing I've seen in hours. ROFL

Taking original comp photos are a waste of resources - too little bang for the buck IMO. The whole thing started from a couple appraisers making up comps. All this complaining of fees, on all sides - think of the savings we could get from not driving comps. The instances when I drive a comp and find something different than I expect are too few to justify the expense IMO.

That's funny - I find out stuff just driving around, with no particular assignment in mind.
