Greg, You da man! On first blush, looks like Hybrid 1004p is not a dimes worth of difference from a 1004. p~~
Now we only have to hear from Dan how really different 1004p is and has a significantly less scope of work. Who couldn't do a half dozen of those 1004p's in a afternoon?
They finally cleaned up the Neigborhood/Market mess they created. So, that's nice, at last.
The SOW changed to include material from others, absent inspection. Ltg Conds--appraiser to aver that the sources are credible and reliable--reminds me of last 2055 changes to no EA, must have enough data.
I expected an entirely new format. Is this being presented seriously as a time saver? Please, not the argument that we should be at our desks "doing what we do best". Most of us did not sign up to be cubicle prisoners.
In case no one has ever mentioned it to FM, the size of the section on the form does not represent the amount of time and work that goes into the section. Seems silly to even have to say that but over the years I wonder if they get that.
Three initial ideas come to mind while contemplating FM's desire to make me desk bound. What is the fee, will my E&O cover me and what will be the assignment conditions layered on by the lender/AMC to the 1004P?
On page 6 part 25 it says you made no inspection, unless otherwise noted.
Bottom of page 2 still says complete int and ext etc inspection.
Most of the highlighted edits are in the "fine print".
I'm not reading all that crap right now.
