I'm seeking an efficient way to incorporate the marketing comments for all comparables into a 1- or 2-page ACI image addendum to the SCA. At present I am copy/pasting each into a MSWord document, and then copying the MSWord document into ACI image addendums.

It works great but is time-consuming; and I'm wondering whether an MSExcel .cvs file that contains the comparable data that has been downloaded to my Desktop can be extracted to a single file that subsequently can be moved to the ACI Image Addendum.

Alternatively does anybody know of a program that will allow the MLS marketing remarks for several comparables to be extracted with a keystroke, or program, to avoid using MS as a middlepeson?

Kinda hard to explain. BTW I'm already creating the .cvs file I cited above as part of the Spark process.

Presume that I won't get any responses although than "Lazy Axx Appraiser," but I'm hoping for the best.

can you copy and paste it to a text addendum directly into the report?

That's what I do with Total. Copy from MLS, paste into addendum. Then fix the font. But I only bother with this once in a while. A lot of times the comments in MLS aren't worth doodly.
Or diddly.

In Bradford C/F's I can paste all things entered into MS Word (included Excel tables, tabbed areas, etc.) into a form comment addendum.

I copy it to a Word document and then copy the Word document(s), either one or two pages, into 1 or 2 ACI image addendum pages, but I have to do it one-comp-at-a-time and I'd like a program that would extract the MLS marketing comments from all of the comparables' MLS profiles in one keystrock, either into Word or directly into the ACI imagine addendum. {BTW I haven't been able to copy/past them 1-at-a-time directly into any of the ACI imge pages because once you past one comments, the next comment you paste deletets the first one, and something like a horizontal 6-image page page doesn't exist.

Why use an image page? Why not paste text you copied from MLS or wherever, into the text addendum?

Something like this? (I just created an MLS custom export to Excel, formatted it, and then pasted the image into the comment addendum. Sometimes I copy the formatted excel table into word in the middle of the comments in MS and then select all and paste into the comment. I do tab work in MS and then paste right into the comment addendum.

Z... glad you posted this topic. It prompted me to use the MLS export function to create an Excel sheet for report display. I think it makes a good exhibit for difficult properties.

Very innovative! ACI should think about incorporating this function in their software and allow us to export a CSV file with only the remarks to import into the appraisal file similar to the ACI analytics.

Pardon the expression, but HOLY ****. I'm unaware of the full functionality of the MLS Export feature, but if it can create a document like yours, exporting multiple properties simultaneously, I'm a gonna double-down. [BTW per ACI technical support on numerous occasions, the ACI Spillover addendum is not meant to receive files/documents/charts/etc, which must be copy/pasted/exported into an image addendum. For example, just about every time I used to copy/pasts Excel tables, often to reflect mini vacant land analyses, the program would crash. Literally sevearl different ACI tech reps advised me never to download or copy/past anything into the Spilleverf. BUT THANK YOU FOR THE IDEA.
