If Hamp Thompson from the video is the authority on ANSI measurement, then that's the way counties in Oregon, most appraisers and I have always measured . The builder laid out the foundation wall at 31-1/2' or 31.5 feet, not 31.6 feet.

I'm beginning to think ANSI doesn't know its own ANSI from a hole in the ground.

'power is in tearing the human mind(s) apart and putting it back together again in new shapes of your own choosing' GO

well, anyways, independent thinking is a yesterday's thought in the new world.

This weekend I started measuring to the inch instead of 1/2 foot. Results good so far - except for the extra second or two when I have to mentally add the @$!%! fractions of two measurements together ... :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

yes, it is a great idea that a company who accepted hundreds of thousands of no doc loans, dictate to you. i mean roll over rover, let the quasi gov take over :rof:

Just do it. And do interior walls and measurements. In CAD everything has to reconcile, interior measurements plus wall thickness have to equal exterior measurements. You can't go wrong. If you do it and everything adds up you can be very sure you are correct. No sweat? - No, you may sweat with a large house in your time constraints, whatever they are, at least on a bad day. But, practice makes perfect. Getting a heart attack is less likely in the long run, - if you learn to sweat a little.

Fannie Mae scoops Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality

"Our diverse workforce and inclusive practices are foundational to who we are"

Fannie Mae has been recognized as one of the best places to work for LGBTQ+ equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for the eighth year in a row.

According to its release, it received a perfect score of 100 on its 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) – a survey and report that measures corporate policies, practices, and benefits related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

Fannie Mae CEO Hugh Frater said the award was a testament to the company’s focus on diversity and inclusion.

“Our diverse workforce and inclusive practices are foundational to who we are,” Frater said. “They are a fundamental source of our corporate strength and our business competitiveness.”
