When you thought it could not get any more ridiculous, the word Nazis strike again. According to Solidifi, the term homogeneous cannot be used in appraisal reports. Maybe we should do away with the entire English language while we’re at it. Instead of worrying about this garbage, Soliidfi should be concerned about the crap appraisal their form-fillers are producing.

Not worth the headache, just write out the definition and context and move on. I understand the slippery slope, they start with words that everyone knows we shouldn't use and then they move the goalpost and make it more and more words that shalt not be used.

That's the problem; they won'tstop at one term—they won'tbe happy until they've created an entitire new woke language.

WTF works for Solidfi?

I never used the word homogenous anyway because it sounded like a milk product.

Every field and profession has to keep up with the times and if remembering a short list of a few words they don't want used is too much then nobody if forcing anyone to appraise -

I'm not so sure its a small list. Some are against the word "age." Perhaps they should go after Fannie Mae for having it on their forms. We can simply say the house has existed for 5 years until some of those words get banned. Or effectively the house has existed for 5 years.
