Amazing how that so called "short list" has grown over the years. The obvious words have been hands off for years. But the list is growing. Who would have thought that "master bedroom or bath" would become offensive. How about "walking distance or walkable" or even "family oriented". Most of the recent terms that have been banned is due to the SJWs. That spend their time looking for words that might offend even one person.

I had one rejected the other day for having the word "Young" in the appraisal, since it might imply age discrimination.

It was the borrower's name. Now names are offensive.

Due to all the borrowers with bad credit and non-homogenious housing types around here, I think that I will be needed at least until my retirement.

Easy redact their name and comment that it was redacted because your client found the borrower's name offensive or The borrowers last name has been removed at the client's request due to it violating their discrimination policy.

It is only subjective to SJWs like you. I don't use the word. But I can say the same thing in different words. Until the SJWs realize they mean the same thing.
