Words/terms not to employ in reports for FNMA....

That’s not what I was talking about. As a presidential candidate, Biden publically called for more regulations to combat “racial bias” in valuation and cited the now-debunked Brookings Institute study as evidence.

Chase Commits $3 Million to Appraiser Diversity Initiative

The Appraisal Institute, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac today announced that Chase has made a $3 million commitment to the Appraiser Diversity Initiative. In addition to the Chase commitment, Freddie Mac has joined the Appraiser Diversity Initiative as a core partner, providing additional resources and adviser support.

If they are using racist language I can't imagine this is from the good of their hearts. Lets get a crop of people that will do whatever Chase tells them to.

"JPMorgan Chase is taking a comprehensive approach to narrow the racial wealth gap in the U.S., particularly among Black and Latinx communities."

"The goals of the Appraiser Diversity Initiative are to attract diverse new entrants into the residential appraisal field, overcome barriers to entry (such as education, training, and experience requirements),"

Regulations have been in place since the '80s....
Just because lenders/FNMA were lax about enforcing appraisers to follow their regulations doesn't mean they didn't exist before Biden....

Latinx is extremely stupid and corporations are running with it for some reason. NPR used it for a bit and then I'm 100% sure they changed policy to 'use whatever you want' because now only like 1 person says LatinX.

I always make sure to say I'm Jewish instead of white. Hopefully that helps in the diversity department. When an ethnicity question lists white, black, asian, hispanic, etc I just check other and write 'Jew'.

The victimhood olympics. I might as well say I identify as Native American.

Fudge can't figure out why the house two doors down from her in a better school district sells higher and blames it on appraisers. Can't say shes much brighter or intellectualy honest. I prefer the fool over the person hellbent on wrecking the economy for the big bankers.
I have gave her my piece of mind. If I live long enough, I will give next HUD director a piece of my mind.

Maybe I should just call Joan? LOL

I am beginning to think CFPB is the key to renovation. I am not kidding.

Lol. Biden was not referring to Fair Housing regulations that have existed since the 1960s. He explicitly cited the Brookings Institute study, which concludes that appraisers are devaluing homes in black neighborhoods.

Okay, look at this. One of the last speakers at the bias hearing was from CFPB.

He also was the best in what he asked imho.
