The vibe is that appraisal bias is going after big fish. BIG FISH.

Just fathom all the insiders the organizations on that panel represents and their insider information. They audit lenWith the passage of HR 7735, known as the “Improving access to the VA home loan benefit Act of 2022,” The VA is now permitting desktop appraisals and in some circumstances, ( waiving appraisals altogether ) Looks like they are slowly following the Fannie Mae Model. Maybe part of the Presidents task force findings.

Calling all white appraisers racist is exactly the same as calling all Black People Lazy. Neither one of the statements is true. It's meant to cause a visceral reaction.
It puts all Appraisers on the defense and keeps them out of the conversation.
