Does anyone know how to import data from Paragon (Douglas County KS) in Spark &/or TrueTracks to make time adjustments.
Thanks

You really do need to contact Spark. They'll help you format the custom export.

Import data = crap in, crap out.
Data must be verified prior to use.
I like doing my own analysis, but for liability reasons it might be better to rely on third party sources and just reference them even if they are worse.

Any standard accepted analysis is considered better than your own analysis. But i guess if you disagree with the new brilliant charts you just explain why you are more right.

But, at some point that you accept it is a better analysis than you own, it will save you time. Just like fannie accepting that an avm does a better analysis than an appraiser. Unfortunately, we will not be around to help if their avm isn't a better tool the us, in the long trend.

The problem with appraisers picking and choosing the data that goes into the analysis is that the appraiser can play with the search criteria until it says what they want it to say. The curve and the line doesn't look right and the appraiser might go in and take a few data points out. It is kind of the same thing with home price indicies. It is manipulated data. Published unadjusted data is facts.

I need to play with RPR from our MLS to see if it is useful.
