He may be right on one point. FTC may jump in this pond. That would be serious to some individuals and/or organizations. FTC would be worse than Chopra with CFPB. FTC has Way more power.

Commingling of fees is about as misleading as it gets. I guess fudging test scores might be also.

Some people may get worse than fine if FTC jumps in. Number 1 would be cease and desist order. This is Federal Trade Commission. You have 30 days to answer this summons.
He mentions jail too. Idk. Maybe.
He is like if were in some of these people's shoes, I would resign before FTC jumped in.
