Nobody purposely does things wrong [except Fernando who does whatever he wants].

However, I can't ever bring myself to populate the 1004 page 1 "One Unit Housing" section with data that pertains to Competing properties rather than overall "Neighborhood" data, which logically defines "Neighborhood."

--Does appraisal lending protocol "allow" a user to contradict the purpose of lending form if the appraiser disclosures his departure?
--Could an appaiser be sanctioned by a regulatory board for doing so/?
--Back to basics: Am I correctly interrpreting the Form requirements with which I disagree? If so it doesn't "make sense"that some of the four sections pertain to Competiing info and other sections pertain to the overall Neeighborhood market?

Of course, you're a follower and don't question authorities.
Very astute observation. Been like that since I starting working at about 8 years of age. Do anything for the boss, on or off the record, legal or illegal, never expecting a thank you or an explanation what I'm told to do. Something to do with something i experienced at a young age but i cant remember what it was, but something that prompts some to seek fulfillment from work rather than interpersonal relationships. [And a big grandma who brought up with the notion that hard work was necessary to get to heaven. As the lyrics say, What a long strange trip it's been. [Even Nephew Glenn abandoned me...]

I put a notation in report reporting the difference with the figures.
Of course, Dublin never thought of that.
What difference would that be. There is no age or price range reference in the trends section
