ADU guidelines updated.

Are those new changes from Fannie Mae? At least they're setting up arbitrarily guidelines to follow.
 
I'm pretty sure those are only applicable to appraisals ordered under the UAD 3.6 guidelines. That's how they're going to attempt to convince the lenders into thinking something positive about it.
 
It will get even whackier when they want short term rental income reported for those ADUs,. It will get impossible when they want it all to fit in the 3.6 UAD Abomination form.

Is that an incentive to use UAD 3.6? WTF.
Could have easily implemented in all UAD. Something not right.
