AMC asking for UAD 3.6 fees, what's everyone thinking?

You're selling out or have an AMC
All I am doing is comparing the total report length for a 3.6 report to the total length of a 2.k6 report done by the same appraiser.

I am thinking "don't work for AMCs." VA pays $775-800 now in this area without 3.6. Maybe, other lenders should consider something in that range. I know a couple of AMCs paying another appraiser I know over $600. So, anything is possible.

Way too many appraisers willing to do a 1004 for low fees have kept fees down. Hard to compete when you have appraisers doing a 1004 for $250-$300
You all know there are no real appraiser's at; $250-$300 and it was made up by the AMC's to drive down the value of your work, right?? They work for the liar Bankers....... :fiddle:

Does 3.6 still ban words like "master bedroom" and " central vacuum"?

This is what it's all coming to.....

GD Dystopian Nightmare!

As a consumer I want nothing to do with any of this. Keep up the outreach and let real people know all the new exploits.

They are not on board with AI, the popular support of data centers sharply reduced, and the resistance to ongoing exploitation grows in a non partisan manner.

Who in the hell wants their appraiser to dial it in like this? Checks and balances are dead.

I'm finally coming around; The appraisal licensing program is no longer necessary.

And GSE's should be completely shut down at this point, they accomplish the opposite of their charter and intended purpose, tools of corporate exploitation now.

The appraisers whom play along with the exploits get all the love. And they do not deserve to have licenses anymore for doing so.
