Collection of unpaid invoices

May I ask you a question: I need to sue a towing company that badly damaged the frame of my car costing $3,200 in repairs. Is it true that if I win the case in Small Claims Court, the jurisdiction doesn't help to ensure that the defendent pays me? If so, do licensed collection agencies work on cases like that ????????????
I try not to practice law without a license and I'm afraid that that question exceeds my knowledge base. I know the county I live in makes hot check writers eventually pay up, did it for me one time. I also know that you have to be careful that you are legally entitled to proceed with collection actions against someone, but that's a question for a lawyer. Or run it through an AI and see what it says.

Well, I must have touched a nerve with my efforts. Yesterday they paid me over half of what they owe me. They probably think it will keep me quiet for a while but that is not the case.

Yea!!

Half paid is good but stay relentless until you get fully paid.

USDA Rural Housing is listed on the appraisal. The AMC is called Astro Appraisal Management Company LLC. I have emailed USDA with no reply.
USDA isn't paying you ..Geez ..lmao

For some reason since the beginning of the year, we've had trouble getting paid. My employer has started a policy now that unless it's a previous client that we have a relationship with, half of the fee is due before we start. We did get stiffed on a commercial appraisal in 2023, but he should have seen that coming from a mile away.

Teleporting into the future again? Is the tow company going to damage my rod soon?

Well I'm 13 months now tryng to get a Santa Ana tow company to compensate me the $3,100 in front end expenses caused when the tow damaged the front frame of my sedan.

I just realized the AMC is now listed as inactive in my state although they are still doing business here. Have you ever had to file a complaint on an AMC?
Here, and I have seen others report the same, an AMC must be registered with the Secretary of State to operate within State borders. If you can find that information, you can serve them with a small claims complaint.
