It seems like many (not all) of the issues people are having are due to unfamiliarity rather than software deficiencies.

This is what my friend who used Total said.

1. Calculations must be done by hand in the grid. For those of us in rural areas where we regularly use 5 to 6 sales that is a killer.
2. The cursor jumps around. When doing drop down menus that makes it miserable.

And then just going through the form is tedious. That isn’t a software issue, but it sure doesn’t help when the grid stinks and the cursor isn’t stable.

I mean it's definitely tedious, but grid calculations work for me and not having the cursor issue. I do hate dropdown menus, but I just tab thru them

So as someone that does rural appraisals I often will stick in comparable and make calculations. I may stick in 6 comps. Then I may choose not to use one. Then I find another one in searching I like better. If I had to make all those calculations by hand I would go nuts. Might as well go back to a dos program. There are times I May grid out 7 or 8 comps.

Yeah I'm rural and do the same thing. There's no way any software will NOT have grid calculations. It's very possible your friends issue will fix with an update.

I guess we are back to online 3.6 software. I would have to go full Skippy doing 25+ a month to afford. AIREV. AutoMAX is an East Indian scammer. Appraisal Pilot are Nevada Tech Bro scammers who refuse to answer any questions about their product. SFREP seems like it might have promise. We are way to close to November 2nd to have this much dumb****ery to deal with.
