I’m curious how appraisal volume is looking for everyone lately.

Been pretty slow but yesterday I had five shopped through my office so interest rates haven't scared everybody off. My fees mostly have, however. I seldom get those bid requests, but I'm semi-retired anyway and it doesn't bother me even a little bit. Working on three right now, and that's two too many.

Lucked out with a large portfolio estate assignment that has kept me busy for a couple months that is about 3/4 complete. Mortgage lending has been steady. All purchases. All orders have been 3.6 since about 10/1.

I am going over to the strip club tonight and take some pictures of cars and tag numbers. Should be some divorces coming up soon....or estates.
