Professional Status Required: Select your professional status. If you select one of the appraiser categories, the following applies:
1. If you select licensed, certified residential, or certified general, your license must be in the national directory at http://www.asc.gov
2. Other appraiser licenses, such as registered, associate, limited, trainee etc. that ARE NOT included at http://www.asc.gov MUST select "Appraiser Trainee"
If you are not an appraiser, select from the remaining categories.
Registrations not following these guidelines or providing false information will not be approved

Real Name Required: Your real first and last name.
If you do not list your real name here your account will not be approved.
Example: JDoe (will not be approved) - John Doe (will be approved)
Your real name will not appear in your posts, and will not be visible in your public profile. Only the admin and the moderators will have access to your real name.
