Adjusting When Amount Paid Differs From Amount Received
“There is a .5% transfer tax - funds are remitted to City's affordable housing program.” I’ve never heard of the buyer having to pay that type of fee – it’s usually the developer. It appears this would be paid by the buyer on top of the listing price, but the seller would never see the funds...- makuck
