VA Amended Contract post final & received post closing
I've just received an Amended contract with no date on the amendment. Final inspection was last week & they closed on Friday. When I went out, the screen porch did not have the screen on it. The porch was complete, just not the screen & framing for door... Previously, I have handled...- gagirl
