County - Residential Mass Appraiser of 5 years here. Can any of my certs or hours be counted towards a license?
Hi I'm new to this forum. I'm currently employed by a GA. County as a residential appraiser with a level 2 certification. I've come to realize how short my ceiling is unless I move towards management level positions which may take decades and am exploring whether or not it's worth getting...- BellWitch
