FHA Water Test
I have a well/septic home located in close proximity to an active farm, in IL. I have made the appraisal subject to a water quality test and just received a "Water Test" report that was completed for only "Microbiological issues". Inhouse Agriculture Property On 1004
I have a question, if a property is situated on 13 acres and 3 of those acres are residential in nature and the other 10 are corn field (crop land) , can you appraise this property on a 1004 based on a hypothetical condition.- hoffman
