VA appraisal changed to conventional loan
Hello; I did a VA appraisal for a lender 3 weeks ago. Now they want me to change it to a conventional appraisal. I can't anything in the handbook and how to handle this. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I tell them I will have to do a new appraisal? Or should I just change to lender...- Harry Kessel
