Do trainees need to sign reports for licensure?
Hi guys, I've been a trainee for about a year now, I'm 700 hours into the 1000 hour req. for MI licensed appraisers and I have 2 classes left on McKissock. New AQB Requirements
Licensed appraisers with 5 years experience and no infractions can move up to Certified Res. Does anybody know if I have to create a log that satisfy the required hours?
