Limited Comps/ Overimprovement?
Working on an REO appraisal in the city of Barstow. Subject's GLA is almost 3,300 sf and sits on approximately 1/4 acre. It would appear to be an over improvement for the area. There were only 11 sales in the past 2 1/2 years of homes over 2,200 sf in the city. Many of them on much larger...- Keith953
