non-lender work

Hello fellow appraisers, just wondering how everybody started your 2017, my workload dropped at bottom since after the low mortgage rates by end of 2016... I am trying to apply for other AMCs, any suggestions which and which areas of non-lending companies should I look for? Also I was wondering...
