I am a bit stumped on the use of "the appraiser" and "I" in my addendum. I wanted to get a feel of what my colleagues use. I noticed on the 1004 form the "Statement of assumptions and limiting conditions" shows "the appraiser" while the certification shows "I". I do recall taking a Report...
