Wasp Nest As Safety Issue For FHA?
Happy New Year Fellow Appraisers! I just received notification to do the Certificate of Completion. I did mention the wasp nest in the report and found out that everything was addressed but that. Is that a safety issue or not really? Should it be removed or am I being overboard with...- JAM
