I have been so busy that I haven't even been on AF for weeks!! Our house burned in early summer and I am acting as General Contractor for it and have been slammed with commercial appraisals. Just got caught up and am hoping that isn't the end for a while. Very happy to have had the business and hope it continues. Don't need a lot, just a couple commercials a month will keep me in good shape.

I understand that our seminar with the Board is going to be next March rather than in October as is the norm. Don't know if there hasn't been anything happen to report, or if there is so much they can't get ready by October.

And, yes, it is quiet without Goodpasture! I have only talked with him once in the past six or eight months.

.....I originally got interested in this site from the Goodpasture's pounding prose; I understand he is elsewhere, but after two attempts to connect.....?....also I was heavily influenced by the Pam Plight over a time of view...........do moderators, readers and posters have a write/right to discordant discourse?........currently there has been frequent site writes of personal vs. positional, so why not the Northeast Okie?.......could he be invited back along with Santora?.........I remember my opinionated, undeserved chastisement by Dave W. but I readily (almost...) dismissed it as poor manners.........so maybe peace and correspondence could be restored...........best to all..................rs
