I'm giving Total another look (currently using ClickForms). It's been 5 years or more since I've seen Total. Is there a way to have Total calculate and fill in the Market Conditions addendum from an MLS export file? Thank you.

I know Spark/Synapse will create a csv import file that will import the 1004MC data into either Total or ACI. I think both those softwares also have the functionality to do that without Spark/Synapse, but I don't know how it works - too happy with Spark/Synapse.

ClickForms always can do that. But you need to call them to setup your MLS cvs download. You have to pay extra fee to the software thought, just like flood map. building permit pull etc.

Thank you. Spark hasn't been available for me to try in my market. Still waiting... ClickForms has an integrated 1004 MC importer, I thought Total did as well.

Thank you, David. I do have the capability with ClickForms. Trialing Total, wondering if they have that same functionality.

Not sure Total. You might call their tech support tomorrow.

They have a worksheet https://totalstore.alamode.com/product/total-1004mc-worksheet-template but as others have stated there are providers. In the uppermost right-hand corner, click on the dashboard and it will have the available options.

It can be done. Install the worksheet linked above, export csv file from your MLS, and copy and paste those csv contents to worksheet in total.

Helpful tip if your MLS doesn't have a ".csv" export option, but DOES have an "Excel" export option. Saving your Excel export as a "Unicode" file creates the .csv file, which can then be imported into whatever spreadsheet you use requiring a csv export to work.
