I have been asked to supply a "2055 Exterior Only Individual Condo Unit" form for an appraisal...I have not yet done an appraisal on this form...I am rather unfamiliar.

I currently use ACI......does anyone have information on this particular form or have you used it in the past?

Does anyone possibly have a template for it or know where to get it?

Thanks

I believed form "1075" is the Condominium's equivalence of 2055 Ext. I did so many times (using ACI).

KN,
You will note that the differences in the new forms are very subtle.
1004 vs 2055
and
1073 vs. 1075

The way I see it, with new paragraph insertions about holding hostage the appraiser concerning the interior condition of the unit/property made the utility of these exterior only forms VERY limited.

I have only done one hi-rise 1075. I usually turn down exterior only assignments if the lender insists but the reason I done the 1075 for this one is because:

1. The condo was new construction
2. Sales support was excellent
3. Their web site had tons of public information for me to use
4. The client was someone I trusted.
5. The buyer was putting money down.
6. This was the third project by the famous developer/builder

If any of these data did not exist I would not have completed the order.

1075 for drive-by only

Thank you for reminding me. Of course, I realized the new paragraph insertion in the new form. I always have a disclaimer statement about the subject's interior condition and emphasize this is the "drive-by" assignment in the S.O.W.
