2070 Form

Just received a request to complete an assignment on a 2070 Form. Never completed one of these. Need feedback from anyone who does or has completed these types of assignments. Suggested attachments or comments for the assignment would be greatly appreciated.

Just look at the form. A 2070 is pretty much an 'is it standing' report. Add necessary photos.
