devil's advocate here: Field Review to confirm door or door frame height, or ceiling height at what point... etc..
Like Ansi measurements, are all precise and meld well with feet and inches and yards and meters and....
Field reviews rarely include inspection of the subject now. Why would they post 3.6?
 
Ceiling height of what room are they looking for? Kitchen? To keep everything standardized?

Exactly! no field review likely for anything internal, measuring doorways or... whatever. I doubt anybody at any time will be double checking appraiser's measurements, especially interior-wise.

Exactly my question. I often do houses with numerous ceiling heights. First floor may be 9' and second 8', and if it is a vaulted ceiling that is higher. This is one of the most confusing aspects of the new form.
