Randy, true or not, it was publish by the Village of Corrales. Nosey neighbors not wanting a B & B (no offense double B), that happens all the time. The article smells and in actuality helps perpetuate the "shop an appraiser" aspect that most LO's use and some HO's also due, as well as "sue the appraiser" that one of our most enfamous authors spews almost every other week.

I don't give it credit or take away unless I can prove a market reaction. The same goes for proximity to "place or worship" or the "late night choice of visitation" for many males. It's there and I report it. Nothing more and nothing less. I don't judge it.
