This home inspector has videos showing broken trusses, bad wiring and bad insulation (in AZ of all places), and so the builder filed a complaint trying to get his license revoked. The board didn't do so. Now let's see if the builder trying to stack the board with builder representatives... as the old song said, "They'll find a way to silence you..." And appraisers know what that's like, right? Blacklisted.

True enough. It's why insurance companies often settle out of court in cases where someone died. Sympathic juries often will find for a plaintiff in such cases even when the insurance company isn't at fault. They rationalize that since they are a big company they can afford it, not apparently realizing it could impact your own insurance rates.
