A little problem with Alamode.

For some reason, when I complete a 2055 report, I have a problem with the photo pages. For the subject photos & comparable sales photos the quality of construction is always shown to be average. When I change the quality to show good instead of average, it automatically changes back when I print. I'm guessing this is a problem because there is no line item for quality of construction in the form. As I experimented with this problem, I changed the quality to good on the subject page & then signed the report. I then switched to the comparable sales page, unsigned the report & then changed the average to good & resigned the report. But when I switch back to the subject photo page, the quality had been changed back to average. I don't think Alamode tech support will help with this type of issue because it isn't considered to be a technical problem. I hope I have described the problem clearly enough. I'm tired. If you need more clarification please let me know. Anyone else have this problem.

I have the same problem. I just delete this line from the photo page. Photo pages don't really have to have all the information that's in the report anyway, it's just easier for the reader to follow along. So just get rid of the line.

I have come across 2-3 similar entries that keep showing up on the 2055 form.

From what I have found, they are the result of the cloning of a previous report. In a few fields, the transfers are picked up from the previous report.

Have you ever cloned a 2055 w/sketch, and used it for a 2055 drive by?

It is almost impossible to get the GLA from the first report, out of the cloned, second report.

Just one of the little bugs I have learned to work around.

I had a problem similar to yours. I have found that if you click on sketch, a window will pop up and you can remove the square footage.

So you just remove the word quality and the word average goes away?

I'm sure in both cases that these problems are related to cloning.

My Quality field is always blank on the right side. I just delete the Quality header on the left side. But I clone from a blank report, just a template. If you are cloning from a previous report that is probably where your problem is.

DUDE CALL ALAMODE! sorry about the caps i am not yelling. anyway i had a similar problem best i can remember there is a field to the left of the print screen that prompts you to change up entries, etc. know what i mean? glad to be here.
