Its been a month since the 1004MC has kicked in, many of us have been utilizing the 1004MC calculators created by those devoted to our profession, while I have gotten used to utilize it, I noticed that I have taken things for granted and forgot to personally thank those who have invested their precious time into creating this powerful calculators, thereby saving us a tremendous amount of time, we simply could not have done it without them, so lets all get together and post your public thank you and appreciation notice to two fellow appraisers who have devoted their time to our cause....

Wrong! It has been a little over a month that the 1004MC form was required. Your "it's been 2 days" applies to the HVCC. :blush:
