AHHHHHH! Im trying to maintain ambition about looking for training but Im really pushing myself to the limits. I trained for about 6 months with a very talented and knowledgeable appraiser, but he recnetly moved to Spokane, WA. That leaves me back on the hunt for a certified appraiser.
