I was asked to do a freddie 2070 by a client. I notice it does not have an opinion of value. Do any of you do these, and if so, am I correct to assume that there is no opinion of value submitted to the client?

You are correct, it is a consulting assignment. Others have posted recently, see:

Opps, the link didn't work. Well, you can copy/past it, or look back July 9 on "FORM 2070-LIABILITY" and June 22 on "2075 Form... Any Disclaimers??". The 2075 & 2070 are both no-value, consulting, easy money jobs.
