Not sure about this, but I have been with ACI from the beginning and I did a 3.6 by way of a retype of an old 2.6 and some observations I had at that time were, no sketch capability within workbench so you had to create sketch elsewhere and scan into workbench, however, I believe, they are part way there to getting full functionality implemented with a draw program that you can create in 3.6, but still have to printout and scan the sketch into the report. Other observations that were quite flabbergasting (and I have reached out to them a number of times to voice my concern) is you have to manually add up comp adjustments, manually figure out comp distances, and also create a location map again outside of workbench and scan in...
